We’re more than just a gym in Wandsworth, we’re your local fitness family.

Train in our functional fitness gym, take part in one of our FUN, HIGH ENERGY, FAT BURNING classes or TRAIN WITH A PRO. We are an elite strength and conditioning facility with cutting edge equipment, KLOKOV Olympic weightlifting and a KEISER M3 spin studio with zone training. Pick and choose between spin, fit, row and train with a pro.
We offer training by inspiring professional athletes.

We also offer a pay-as-you-go system or a membership option so you have the freedom to train however works for you. Train with new friends and old, experience CityCise and see how we all “fit together” as we get fit together.

You book your classes and we’ll help you get fit. CONDITION, BUILD strength and BURN fat with action packed classes that are different every time. Our sessions are suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Our workouts can burn up to 1000 calories.
